By using our services, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding properties, pricing, ownership, and personal identification. The Property Mania is not responsible for disputes arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients.

All property listings are subject to availability and verification. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove listings without prior notice.

Service fees or commissions will be communicated clearly before any transaction is finalized. Fees become payable upon successful completion of a transaction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may conduct reasonable verification procedures to confirm the authenticity of buyers, sellers, and property documentation. Clients agree to cooperate with such procedures.

We respect client privacy and handle personal information responsibly. Information shared with us will only be used for transaction and service-related purposes, subject to applicable laws.

We may recommend third-party service providers such as legal advisors, banks, or inspectors. Engagement with such providers is at the client's discretion, and The Property Mania is not liable for their services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
